For this post, I’ve responded to Justine Dhillon’s Blog Post #2:
Hi, Justine! Your second blog post was great. I resonated with a lot of what you wrote – especially your “Digital Identity: Personal vs. Professional” section. In my second blog post, I also talked about how I use LinkedIn and Instagram for different purposes to cultivate boundaries for my digital identities. I agree that they can be great tools for that!
Coursera is a wonderful resource for self-directed learning. I would love to hear more about which courses you’ve taken! 🙂 I’m not sure if you’ve heard of BCCampus, but it has various open educational resources such as courses like the ones offered through Coursera that may also be of interest. I took a great course about how to use Canva in educational environments!
Your “Privacy, Surveillance, and Digital Footprint Awareness” section was insightful. I usually don’t think critically about how my data is tracked, but after reading your post I feel more inclined to look more closely at my digital privacy settings.
Overall, thanks for sharing!
P.S. I loved that you used emojis in your blog post. It made each heading catch my eye! 👁️
